Man I really needed that in a major way!!!!! I got to strive harder! A successful person is an individual that will do what an average person will not do {Ed Howe said that} but yes I have to go above and beyond.... Thanks Mr. Hall.

Curtis, Your first sentence sums it up. The sooner we learn to LIGMO - Let It Go and Move On, the better off we will be. One of the things that teachers and facilitators need to let go of is the idea that they know it all and open themselves up to the awareness that we are ALL life-long learners. It takes work to let go of what we think we already know and be open to learn new things - even from our students. The best teachers are actully Master Students and facilitate learning new things as "senior students" themselves who are engaged in sharing with their juniors. Keep up the good work Curtis! You are a Master Student yourself!
